1. Introduction
Welcome to ZumPlayer! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ZumPlayer app and website (zunplayer.com). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the app.

2. Subscription and Payments
ZumPlayer offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial, you will need to pay an annual subscription fee of €2.50. This fee is non-refundable. The subscription can be paid via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, or Bizum. Please note that the price is subject to change, and users will be notified of any price adjustments.
The subscription is not automatically renewed. When your subscription expires, you will receive a notification prompting you to renew your subscription if you wish to continue using the app.

3. Usage of the App
ZumPlayer is an IPTV player that allows you to watch content through external IPTV lists (M3U and Xtream). It is designed to stream legal IPTV content only. We do not provide, sell, or support any IPTV lists, nor do we have access to the lists you use in the app. You are solely responsible for the legality of the content you stream.
We reserve the right to block access to users who are found to be using illegal IPTV lists.

4. No Ads and No Data Collection
ZumPlayer does not include any advertisements within the app, nor do we collect or sell any personal data. We do not require any personal information to use the app, and no data is collected for marketing purposes.

5. Limitations of Liability
ZumPlayer is not responsible for any issues that may arise from the content you access through the app, including but not limited to legal, technical, or streaming issues. You use the app at your own risk. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or disruption caused by the use of illegal or unauthorized IPTV lists.

6. Modifications to the App and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of ZumPlayer at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes to the app, including changes to pricing or functionality.
By continuing to use the app after any updates or modifications, you agree to the updated Terms and Conditions.

7. Termination of Access
We may suspend or terminate your access to ZumPlayer at our discretion if we detect the use of illegal IPTV lists or other violations of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Spain] or the applicable jurisdiction where you reside. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Spain].
